Exclusion is a state that is ignored by the organization psychologists. Therefore, it is possible that precautions regarding organizational exclusion are not taken. Individuals react to organizational exclusion by trying to strengthen their basic needs, which are threatened. Positive social behaviors develop belonging and self-respect. The likelihood that individuals who try to adapt to positive social behaviors will experience organizational exclusion decreases. However, individuals may be faced with more exclusion when they cannot adapt to a group. When excluded individuals grow away from communication and social activities, their contribution to the organization they are in may decrease. When this situation is not avoided, exclusion increases even more and strongly affects the performance of the employee in a negative way. Precautions need to be taken regarding organizational exclusion, which is very important for business.
